If you ordered one of our products and you are not completely satisfied, no worries. We'll gladly accept returned products, opened or not, for any reason. Simply send the item(s) back to us within 60 days of the delivery date, and we'll refund your money. Once we receive the package, we'll refund you the full purchase price of your product(s) via your original form of payment, less shipping and handling if applicable. If 60 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we apologize, but we can't accept the item(s) for a return.

Return a Product

To begin the return process, please contact the customer service department to request an RMA #.

1. Pack the products securely in a sturdy package and include the packing slip.

Return package using your preferred shipping carrier. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using insured/trackable mail for these types of returns, as we cannot be responsible for items that don’t make it back to our warehouse. Additionally, we advise that you take a picture of your return label, or tracking number, in case your returned package is lost in transit.

*Allow 2-3 weeks for your return to process, although, they usually don't take that long. You will receive an email confirming your refund.

 

Note: If you have returned an item as "Return To Sender" these orders can take about 4 weeks to arrive back to us. In addition, you may be responsible for the return shipping fees.

 

Amazon/Third-Party Websites/Retail Stores:

Our 60 day money back guarantee is valid only to U.S. customers who purchased product(s) from us at U.S. Doctors' Clinical. Refund requests on purchases made via other third-party affiliates or health stores must be directed to the appropriate retailer. If you purchased one of our products from a website other than ours, we apologize however you will need to contact that company regarding their return policy.

If you are returning a product(s) due to a defect or error made by us, we would like to make it right! Please reach out to us and a team member will assist with providing you with a prepaid return label.
