How To Get the Most Out of Arthro-7

But how do you get the most out of Arthro-7? When do you take it, and how much do you take? In today’s blog, we show you how to take Arthro-7 for the best results. 

What’s Inside Arthro-7 

Arthro-7 contains vitamin C, which is an important antioxidant that supports your body’s production of collagen. Vitamin C also reinforces the benefits of the other ingredients in this formula.  

The Arthro-7 Joint Complex contains collagen from chicken, or predominantly type II collagen, the type of collagen found in joints and tendons.   

Cetyl myristoleate (CMO) is a naturally occurring fatty acid complex. Usually found in dietary fats such as nuts, animal fats, and oils, CMO is supposed to act as a “lubricant” for the joints. 

Methylsulfonylmethane or MSM is a naturally occurring compound in foods such as fresh vegetables, meat, and dairy products. MSM is a source of natural sulfur nourishes the joints for easier movement and maintaining healthy cartilage. ( https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/324544 ) 

Our formula also contains turmeric curcumin extract, standardized to 95% curcumin, which is the antioxidant compound found in the root. Turmeric has a wide range of health benefits, including immune support, antioxidant properties, and most importantly, joint support.  

Bromelain is a digestive enzyme that comes from pineapples known for breaking down proteins. Bromelain can support the tissue around the joints.  

Take Arthro-7 With Food 

Like most supplements, Arthro-7 is best absorbed with food. Turmeric curcumin may cause slight discomfort if taken on an empty stomach, which is why we recommend you take Arthro-7 after breakfast. Since curcumin is a fat-soluble substance, it is also best to take it with a meal that has some fat, whether that be from nuts, meat, dairy, avocado, or oils.  

Take Arthro-7 Twice Per Day 

According to our clinical study of Arthro-7, those who took two capsules of Arthro-7 twice per day saw results in as little as two weeks of supplementation. This means that they took a total of four capsules per day, with two in the morning and two at night.  

After the first week or two, you can lower your dose to one in the morning and one at night for daily joint support. 

When To Take Arthro-7 

It’s best to take your first dose of Arthro-7 in the morning after breakfast so that you don’t get an upset stomach. Taking supplements with food can also support better absorption and make it easier to form a habit. 

There is anecdotal evidence that taking a high dose of MSM right before bed makes it hard to sleep. While this effect isn’t certain, it would be best to avoid taking Arthro-7 right before bed.  

For your second dose of Arthro-7, get in the habit of taking it right after dinner, around two to three hours before bedtime. That way, you won’t have any trouble falling asleep.  

Take Arthro-7 for Two Weeks 

Make sure you take Arthro-7 for the first two weeks, every single day. Introducing your body to these joint support ingredients will help you experience the full benefits of the supplement. More than anything, consistency is key.
