I have been taking it for over 20 years. It took about a month to feel relief. After a while I cut back on the amount and felt no difference. That meant the 6 month supply lasted almost a year taking half as indicated.
I did not reorder because I felt really good, Then about a month of not taking it I was feeling the pain and stiffness only worse. Ever since then I have been taking it. I don't need it everyday only about 4-5 days a week I take 1 in the am. I have a t of arthritis but I'm not in pain and can move around very well.
