Ten -or so- years ago, I fell off a bar stool in a reverie of alcohol induced stupidity. I landed in a heap on the floor and seemingly bruised most of the right half of my body. Of course I didn't notice the problems at the time, but the following day and then the next were agonizingly painful to move about. I had previously, in saner moments, purchased some of this product- then called GH-3 -in hopes of it helping with a "tennis elbow" problem, but I was not consistent with using it and there was therefore still about a third of a bottle of capsules left; I decided to give it a try for my current ailments. Within 24 hours (then day three) I noticed a fair amount less pain in movement, and in 48 much of the bruising and discoloring had subsided and I was moving nearly normally. By the third day (fifth from the incident) I got out of bed and stretched and was amazed that I simply felt normal again. I got on my mountain bike and rode a pretty sketchy, hard ride without discomfort and had no recurrence of muscular soreness afterwards or going forward. And, how about this, my sore elbow had gone away as well!
Since then I have been just plain sold on the amazing results this product yields, and have continued it's use ever since. It is marketed as an anti-aging product, and I think it does help over-all in that regard as well, but for me the best results come from getting past the strains and muscle soreness from over exertion and bruising that a physically active lifestyle…
