I have been taking two GH3 tablets for at least 30 years. I am 86 years old and am healthy as a horse . I just finished cutting my years supply of fire wood(15 ricks lpl NP) l had plenty of help.( 1 ex son in law, I grand son,1 daughter,1 grand daughter and I great granddaughter. I sawed every saw that was sawed. Still had enough energy to continue but had no more room. Great pills.
