I have been taking this product for about a year. Cholesterol is lower although not where it should be according to charts. My doctor is OK with the numbers because the HDL numbers are so high.

Amazing product. Even thought I have being careful with my eating habits, my cholesterol has been over 230 for a few years now and by the end of my first CitriCholess bottle, it went down to 205, taking 2 pills per day.
